Director of Programmatic Supply
Location: Connecticut (CT) or Florida (FL)
Salary: $120k to $170k

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to oversee the development and management of Private Marketplaces (PMP). The Director will play a key role in driving the growth of the PMP business by collaborating closely with clients, supply partners, and internal Ad Tech, Media, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on growing revenue and profit.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for building and managing private marketplaces (PMP) with supply-side platform (SSP) partners, direct publishers/networks, and data partners.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and secure high-quality inventory for PMP offerings; develop new PMP partnership contracts in coordination with Trade, Legal, and Finance.

Negotiate and manage relationships with SSP and direct partners to ensure optimal performance and pricing for PMP deals.

Facilitate the creation of deal IDs and troubleshoot technical issues related to PMP implementation.

Maximize the performance of PMP campaigns through ongoing monitoring, analysis, and optimization.

Oversee monthly reconciliations across internal and external stakeholders to confirm and track billable spends accurately.

Facilitate the creation of AP/AR processes to scale and automate both client and publisher-side billing.

Stay up-to-date on programmatic ecosystem trends, including new technologies, platforms, and strategies.

Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team on programmatic best practices.
Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in digital media and ad tech, with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.

Proven experience in building and managing private marketplaces (PMP).

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with supply-side platforms (SSP) and demand-side platforms (DSP).

Knowledge of data management platforms (DMP) and programmatic audience targeting.

Experience with header bidding and pre-bidding technologies.
