Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO or Vice Chairman/Chief Business Officer (CBO)

ABOUT THE ROLE
 

The Vice President (VP) of Marketing is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of building the agency brand. The VP of Marketing will drive the development of the company website, selling materials, social media platforms, etc.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and business goals.

  • Lead the overall marketing direction and ensure a unified brand voice across all divisions of the agency.
     

Brand Marketing:

  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all client touchpoints.

  • Drive consumer and retailer insights and feedback into the marketing strategy to continuously improve the brand’s appeal and relevance.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing decks and other marketing materials as they relate to the agency and its subsidiaries.
     

Digital & Content Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across the company website, social media, email, and paid advertising.

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages potential and existing clients.
     

Market Research & Data Analytics:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, client needs, and marketing opportunities.

  • Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
     

Budget Management:

  • Manage a marketing budget to effectively build awareness of the company brand.

  • Monitor spend to ensure cost efficiency while achieving desired marketing outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCTION

  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.​

 

   EXPERIENCE​

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a similar level role (VP, Director, or similar).

  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns and achieving business growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional relationships, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

  • Experience with marketing technology tool
     

  • SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and social media platforms.

  • High level of creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.​
