About the Role
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance, particularly those with a background in representing trustees and/or collateral agents. The role will involve providing legal advice and support on a variety of structured finance matters, including the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of transaction documents.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. This position offers the flexibility to be based in any state where our client has an office, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation: $250,000 - $305,000 Based on experience

Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance, with a preference for experience in representing trustees and/or collateral agents
Strong background in structured finance transactions
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
Ability to provide legal advice and support on a variety of structured finance matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic, and collaborative environment
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be working
