About the Role

Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance, particularly those with a background in representing trustees and/or collateral agents. The role will involve providing legal advice and support on a variety of structured finance matters, including the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of transaction documents.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, working closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. This position offers the flexibility to be based in any state where our client has an office, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Candidates must be admitted to the Bar in the jurisdiction where they will be working. Experience in corporate trust and structured finance, particularly in representing trustees and collateral agents, is highly preferred.

Compensation: $250,000 - $305,000 Based on experience

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance, with a preference for experience in representing trustees and/or collateral agents

  • Strong background in structured finance transactions

  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents

  • Ability to provide legal advice and support on a variety of structured finance matters

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic, and collaborative environment

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be working
