About the Role

We are seeking an associate to join a highly regarded Privacy & Cyber practice group in any of our offices. This position is ideal for an attorney with 2 to 5 years of significant litigation and case management experience, including managing day-to-day case activities, leading fact investigations, researching legal issues, and developing litigation strategies. You will be responsible for drafting pleadings such as answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment, as well as conducting and defending depositions and negotiating with opposing counsel.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, deliver smaller projects with limited supervision, and confidently assist in managing larger projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other privacy-related statutes is a plus. Candidates must be in good standing in the state where they wish to practice.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $305,000, based on relevant years of experience.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of significant litigation and case management experience, including:

    • Managing day-to-day case activities
