We recruit for physical energy trading firms on searches for traders who can manage the full commercial lifecycle of physical products. We focus on professionals with hands-on experience across crude and refined products, who understand how risk, logistics, and execution intersect in physical markets.
The traders we place are able to operate autonomously, collaborate closely with operations and logistics teams, and build durable supplier and customer relationships that generate consistent, risk-managed flow.
