As a boutique firm, we move quickly, work selectively, and bring a focused approach to markets where the candidate universe is small and relationships matter. Many searches are handled confidentially. Engagements may be structured as retained or contingency.

 

We also work on a selective basis with physical energy trading firms on searches for experienced traders across crude and refined products markets.
