As the Founder of Spark Talent HQ, a boutique executive search firm, Karen specializes in senior and executive leadership roles across marketing and the financial markets. With nearly 25 years of recruiting experience, she brings the insight, judgment, and partnership companies rely on for mission-critical hires.

Karen began her career at BBDO New York, later joining a boutique New York agency where she led the development and expansion of its digital division. She transitioned into executive recruiting more than two decades ago and has since partnered with agencies, growth companies, and financial firms across the U.S.

 

She believes in working selectively, giving each client a thoughtful, hands-on search experience built on trust and collaboration.

 

Karen lives in New Jersey with her husband and their two children, both students at Virginia Tech.
