Seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of professional experience to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work tailored to luxury and high-end brands. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, and the ability to translate our brand's vision into compelling visual narratives across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Development: Create and maintain a cohesive visual identity that reflects the brand's luxury positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Design Execution: Develop high-quality designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, packaging, and environmental graphics, adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and retail, to deliver design solutions that meet strategic goals and enhance the customer experience.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of luxury design.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portion dedicated to luxury or high-end brands

  • Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury design, including examples of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with both print and digital production processes.

  • Aesthetic Sensibility: A deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics, with the ability to create designs that evoke sophistication, exclusivity, and timelessness.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all design work is of the highest quality and aligns with brand standards.
