We are hiring a Director of Performance Media to lead DTC paid media strategy and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social for a growing client portfolio. This leader will manage a team of 10+ practitioners, set the standard for performance delivery, and drive measurable outcomes through strong analytics, forecasting, and in platform expertise.
This is not a pure upper funnel buyer role. We need a true performance and DTC operator who can guide the team by auditing accounts, quality checking work directly in platform, and building scalable frameworks that improve results and efficiency.
About the Role
Own DTC performance strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social, with a clear POV on growth and optimization.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Search and Social Media subject-matter experts through coaching, training, and performance accountability.
Establish playbooks, standards, and testing frameworks that drive consistent execution and strong outcomes.
Audit account structure and performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements aligned with platform best practices.
Maintain strong oversight of analytics, KPIs, pacing, and forecasting across the DTC portfolio.
Proven DTC performance media leadership experience, including strong analytics, metrics, pacing, and forecasting.
Hands on, in platform expertise in Google Ads and Meta, able to audit and optimize directly in platform and review team work.
Background in performance focused specialty shops preferred, not a large holding company generalist profile.
Experience with Skai, Pacvue, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills and executive presence, comfortable leading client conversations and internal alignment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high accountability.
