About the Role

The firm is hiring for an Energy Clearing Sales professional to support the continued build-out of its U.S. franchise. This is a front-office, new-business role focused on originating and onboarding new clearing relationships across energy and futures markets.

This position is suited for individuals with strong client-facing experience and market knowledge who are motivated by growth, relationship development, and revenue generation. Hiring is flexible across levels based on experience.

Location: New York or Houston (in-office, with client travel as needed)

Responsibilities
  • Originate and onboard new energy and futures clearing clients

  • Expand clearing and interest revenue through new relationships

  • Introduce clients to execution, DMA, and broader platform capabilities

  • Partner with internal sales, broking, research, and operations teams

  • Support client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing coverage

  • Operate within all regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements
  • 5–10+ years of experience in futures, energy, or related financial markets

  • Prior experience in clearing sales or strong client-facing roles at an FCM, bank, trading house, or similar institution

  • Solid understanding of futures market structure and execution

  • Established network within institutional energy or derivatives markets

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, relationship-driven mindset

  • Interest in a revenue-generating, growth-oriented sales role
