About the Role
The firm is expanding its Houston-based Energy Clearing Sales team and is seeking commercially driven professionals focused on new client origination. This is a front-office role for individuals who want to build, grow, and own relationships across energy and futures markets.
While clearing sales experience is valued, the team is open to strong client-facing professionals from FCMs, banks, trading houses, or adjacent market roles who are ready to step into a revenue-generating position.
What You’ll Do
Originate and onboard new energy and futures clearing clients
Build long-term institutional relationships across producers, traders, hedge funds, and commercial firms
Grow clearing and interest revenue while expanding client engagement across execution and platform services
Partner closely with broking, research, operations, and risk teams
Represent a global platform with strong credibility in energy markets
Operate within a highly regulated environment with a focus on integrity and risk discipline
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in energy, futures, or related financial markets
Client-facing background in clearing, sales, relationship management, trading, or market services
Strong understanding of futures market structure and energy products
Existing network within institutional energy markets
Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on growth and origination
Desire to build something meaningful within a scaled, global platform
