• 10+ years of experience within futures, OTC clearing, institutional sales, execution, prime services, or related financial markets businesses
• Proven track record of building institutional client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of futures markets, institutional client coverage, and financial market structure
• Experience working within regulated financial markets environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to originate and grow new business opportunities
• Analytical and commercially minded with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Proactive approach to market trends, client development, and business growth
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Open to levels ranging from VP through Managing Director
