About the Company

A fast-growing digital commerce organization is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to elevate how the business communicates its value to prospective clients. This team supports brands across Amazon, Walmart, club, and grocery channels — and needs a strong storyteller who can turn insights, audits, and strategy into clear, compelling sales materials that win enterprise business.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Design.

About the Role

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for crafting, organizing, and optimizing all sales-facing content. You will own the sales narrative from end to end — developing decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, and RFP responses — and ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with the organization’s strategic positioning.

You will also build and maintain a centralized content and RFP hub to streamline workflows, reduce duplication, and support a growing sales team with efficient, repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain core sales materials, including capabilities decks, one-pagers, case studies, and audit summaries.

  • Translate insights, audits, and strategic inputs into clear, persuasive sales narratives.

  • Build and tailor enterprise-level sales decks and proposals using modular templates.

  • Coordinate and package RFP responses, maintaining a library of boilerplate content, bios, metrics, and standard answers.

  • Manage a centralized content repository with consistent taxonomy, version control, and accessibility.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design to align messaging and ensure materials stay updated.

  • Support pitch prep, proposal structuring, and narrative development for key enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, business development support, or proposal management.

  • Background in digital agencies, marketplace or ecommerce organizations, retail media agencies, or integrated agencies strongly preferred.

  • Strong storytelling, writing, and structural communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience building decks and proposals (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Pitch, or Beautiful.ai).

  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing.

  • Highly organized with a process-driven mindset.

  • Experience supporting product-based brands is a plus.

  • SaaS-only backgrounds are not preferred for this role.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

A detail-oriented communicator who loves organizing information, shaping clear narratives, and building materials that help sales teams win — someone who understands digital commerce and enjoys bringing structure to complex content.
