About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving net-new client acquisition and expanding strategic brand partnerships across digital commerce, retail media, and performance marketing. This is a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused role designed for a consultative seller who can diagnose business challenges, audit digital commerce performance, and build a compelling sales narrative that ties solutions directly to revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a proven hunter who thrives in high-expectation environments and is comfortable leading executive-level conversations with founders, CMOs, Heads of Ecommerce, and commercial leaders.

What You Will Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition

  • Audit prospective clients’ digital commerce and retail performance to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Translate insights into a clear, compelling sales narrative that positions solutions with a strong ROI lens

  • Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and strategic network development

  • Lead sharp discovery conversations and tailor presentations and proposals to brand goals and decision makers

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, deal stages, forecasting, and pipeline reporting

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong handoffs, and long-term account growth

  • Stay current on shifts in retail, digital commerce, and media to proactively identify new opportunities

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets

  • Experience selling into CPG, retail, ecommerce, or omnichannel brands

  • Strong familiarity with retail and marketplace ecosystems such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, and similar platforms

  • Experience selling digital commerce, retail media, performance marketing, or growth-focused services

  • Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Executive presence with confidence presenting to senior brand leadership

  • Ability to build value-driven sales narratives and overcome objections without discounting

  • CRM proficiency, HubSpot or Salesforce preferred

  • Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and time management skills

Compensation
  • Base salary: $180,000 to $200,000

  • Uncapped commission

  • On-target earnings of $350,000 to $400,000
