About the Role
The Senior Director of Marketing will own the company’s internal marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on elevating the agency’s brand, driving new business pipeline, and supporting revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and leadership. You will define how the company positions itself, build a marketing engine that drives measurable results, and lead a team that supports both near-term pipeline and long-term brand equity.
You will partner closely with executive leadership to align marketing with business goals and play a visible role in shaping the company’s future.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a unified brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and acquired entities
Drive integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth
Oversee digital marketing efforts including website development, SEO/SEM, content, and social platforms
Build and scale a data-driven marketing function, using analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve results
Develop high-impact marketing materials including pitch decks, sales collateral, and thought leadership content
Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Partner with executive leadership and provide clear updates on marketing performance, strategy, and business impact
Requirements
10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership experience at the Director or VP level
Background in building and positioning a brand within an agency, ecommerce, or consumer-focused environment
Strong experience across digital marketing, including website, SEO/SEM, content, and social channels
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive both brand visibility and business growth
Experience creating high-impact marketing materials, including decks, sales collateral, and thought leadership content
Strong understanding of data, analytics, and performance measurement to guide decision-making
Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
