About the Role

Position Summary

The Senior Vice President / Executive Vice President of Client Services will serve as the most senior leader overseeing client delivery, account strategy, and operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for leading and scaling a 20+ person Client Services and Operations function, while shaping the agency’s client engagement model, performance standards, and long-term growth strategy.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will be a core member of the leadership team, partnering closely with discipline heads across PPC, SEO, Analytics, and Product to ensure the agency delivers cohesive, high-impact, data-driven solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for a 20+ person Client Services and Operations organization, with accountability for performance, retention, and growth.

Define and implement scalable client engagement frameworks, including operating playbooks, reporting standards, performance dashboards, and governance models.

Serve as a senior strategic advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy, business objectives, and measurable ROI.

Drive operational excellence, profitability, and efficiency across the department, with direct involvement in forecasting, resourcing, and financial planning.

Partner with executive peers to guide agency-wide strategy, organizational design, and growth initiatives.

Build, mentor, and develop senior leaders and future leaders within Client Services, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Lead change management initiatives as the agency scales, ensuring systems, teams, and processes evolve in step with growth.

  • 15+ years of leadership experience within digital marketing or performance marketing agencies, with deep expertise in client services.

  • Senior-level experience overseeing PPC, SEO, Analytics, and cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Proven success leading organizations of 20+ professionals through growth and change.

  • Demonstrated experience expanding client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.

  • P&L ownership and strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.

  • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 +bonus
