About the Company
A global financial services platform and one of the largest non-bank FCMs, offering execution, clearing, and risk management across financial and commodity markets. With a strong balance sheet, continued growth, and continued investment in its platform, the firm is building out its Fixed Income Group (FIG) in North America.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact build focused on delivering interest rate hedging and derivatives solutions to institutional clients.
About the Role
The firm is seeking from Vice President to Executive Director to join its Fixed Income Group (FIG), focused on originating and developing relationships with regional banks and mortgage-related institutions.
This is not a traditional fixed income sales role. The position sits at the intersection of sales, advisory, and derivatives, with a clear focus on delivering interest rate hedging solutions tied to client balance sheets and asset-liability management (ALM).
You will work directly with clients to evaluate interest rate exposure and develop hedging strategies using swaps, futures, and related derivatives. This role requires the ability to translate market insights into actionable solutions, while partnering closely with internal trading, structuring, and clearing teams.
Requirements
Experience covering financial institutions, specifically regional banks, mortgage companies, or similar clients
Background in interest rate derivatives, including swaps, futures, and related hedging instruments
Ability to engage clients on balance sheet risk and ALM-driven hedging strategies
Proven track record of originating and managing institutional client relationships
Strong understanding of fixed income markets and interest rate dynamics
Experience working cross-functionally with trading, structuring, and risk teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to a growing platform
