About the Role

Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Vice President of Client Services to oversee and expand a talented 20+ person team across Account Management and Operations. This leadership role will shape strategy, build systems that drive client success, and play a critical part in the agency’s continued growth.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee and grow a 20+ member Client Services department, including Account and Operations teams.

    • Establish scalable processes and frameworks that enhance client outcomes — from playbooks and reporting systems to performance dashboards.

    • Cultivate a culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    • Serve as a strategic partner to executive-level clients, ensuring business alignment and measurable ROI.

    • Collaborate closely with PPC, SEO, and Analytics leaders to deliver cohesive, data-driven marketing solutions.

    • Optimize departmental operations, profitability, and efficiency while contributing to company-wide strategic initiatives.

    What You Bring
    • 15+ years of leadership experience within digital marketing agencies, specializing in client services.

    • 10+ years of experience managing or partnering with PPC and SEO teams.

    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals.

    • A strong track record of expanding client portfolios and achieving measurable results.

    • Experience with P&L ownership and sound financial management.

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior-level stakeholders.

    • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
