With over $6 billion in annual retail sales under management across 300+ clients, it has a strong track record of driving growth for brands at every stage.

About the Role

The Director or Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of building the agency brand. The VP of Marketing will drive the development of the company website, selling materials, social media platforms, etc.


  • Key Responsibilities


    1. Strategic Leadership


    • Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and business objectives.

    • Lead overall marketing direction and ensure a cohesive brand voice across all business units.


    2. Brand Marketing


    • Oversee brand positioning with consistent, compelling messaging across all client touchpoints.

    • Integrate consumer and partner insights into marketing strategy to enhance brand relevance.

    • Manage the creation of marketing decks and related materials for both the parent brand and its subsidiaries.


    3. Digital & Content Strategy


    • Lead development and execution of digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, email, and paid media.

    • Oversee production of engaging, high-quality content that informs, educates, and drives client engagement.


    4. Market Research & Analytics


    • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, client needs, and growth opportunities.

    • Use data analytics to guide decisions and optimize campaign performance and brand visibility.


    5. Budget Management


    • Manage the marketing budget to maximize brand awareness and strategic impact.

    • Track and evaluate spend to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives. Experience:


    • 10+ years in marketing with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

    • Proven success in integrated campaign development and brand building.

    • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication capabilities.

    • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies and analytics.

      Skills:


    • Strategic and creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.

    • Deep expertise in digital, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
