About the Role

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing a long-term marketing roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This individual will provide visionary leadership to unify the brand across all business divisions and ensure consistency in brand positioning and voice across all channels. A core aspect of the role involves translating client and market insights into actionable branding strategies and overseeing the creation of high-impact sales decks and marketing assets.

This hands-on role will lead the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid media. The VP will drive the development of compelling content that engages both prospects and current partners. Additional responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, leveraging data to optimize campaign performance, and using analytics to inform strategic decisions.

The position also involves managing the overall marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI, ensuring that marketing investments align with business goals and deliver measurable results. As the company continues to grow, this role will evolve to include the opportunity to build and lead a small marketing team.


  • Experience:

    • 10+ years in marketing with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

    • Proven success in integrated campaign development and brand building.

    • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication capabilities.

    • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies and analytics.

  • Skills:

    • Strategic and creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.

    • Deep expertise in digital, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
