About the Role
The client is seeking an associate to join their Energy Transactional practice group in Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. This role requires candidates with 4 to 7 years of experience in project finance and development, including familiarity with M&A, EPCs, O&M, development, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and project finance, preferably within renewable energy or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to manage various components of deals independently, and excel in a team-oriented environment.
The firm offers associates the opportunity to represent clients in high-level, national renewable energy projects, with substantial responsibility and direct partner and client interaction. Salary: $275,000 - $370,000, dependent on years of experience
Requirements
4 to 7 years of project finance and development experience
Experience with M&A, EPCs, O&M, development, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and project finance
Experience with renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects is ideal
Strong drafting and negotiating skills
Teamwork skills and the ability to independently manage some components of deals
Licensed and in good standing in the state in which they practice
