About the Role
​We are seeking a strategic and execution-savvy UX & Marketplace Content Manager to lead a growing team focused on delivering exceptional ecommerce experiences across Shopify, headless builds, Amazon Marketplace, Walmart, and other DTC platforms.
This is a leadership role ideal for someone with hands-on experience at high-growth ecommerce agencies, who also has deep expertise in managing Amazon Marketplace content operations (PDPs, A+ Content, Brand Stores, SEO strategy).

You’ll oversee UX project managers, UX designers, copywriters, and implementation specialists, ensuring content and design align with both user experience best practices and ecommerce performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute UX design and marketplace content strategies across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.

Mentor and manage UX designers, project managers, copywriters, and implementation staff.

Oversee content creation processes, ensuring product listings (descriptions, images, enhanced content) are optimized, accurate, and launched on time.

Leverage A/B testing, heatmaps, SEO data, and analytics (Hotjar, GA4) to drive continuous UX and content improvements.

Build and maintain scalable design systems and documented workflows to enable efficiency and quality at scale.

Ensure all UX and product content follow SEO best practices and stay consistent with brand voice and guidelines.

Strategic Planning: Scope new business opportunities, create staffing plans, and proactively solve workflow and capacity challenges.
Requirements

5–7+ years of ecommerce UX and Amazon Marketplace content experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role.

Proven success in a fast-paced ecommerce agency environment

Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, and Amazon Marketplace (PDPs, A+ Content, SEO strategy).

Strong understanding of UX design principles, CRO methodology, ecommerce SEO, and digital merchandising.

Expertise with Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Hotjar, GA4, and Excel.

Portfolio showcasing UX thinking, content operations, team leadership, and conversion-focused design improvements.

Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and client communication skills.

Ability to develop and implement efficient processes and documentation for scaling operations.
