Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO or Vice Chairman/Chief Business Officer (CBO)
 

Compensation: $165,000 + 30% bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

The VP of Sales for the Costco Division is a key strategic leadership role responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the division by managing and optimizing existing business relationships. This individual will oversee sales strategies, client relations, and operational execution, working closely with key stakeholders at Costco and internal teams. The VP of Sales will ensure alignment with both client and Costco objectives, drive year-over-year EBITDA growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

With a deep understanding of Costco’s operations and supply chain, the VP of Sales will focus on enhancing current business, maximizing revenue generation, and improving operational efficiency. They will lead a high-performing sales team, set clear objectives, and hold the team accountable for achieving sales targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary and bonus structure depending on experience
